D&D Property Maintenence specializes in property clean-up. Overgrown yards, especially real estate properties, are unsightly and detract from the potential to prospective buyers. We will perform a comprehensive property cleaning; raking, mowing, removing all yard debris (organic only, trash clean-up an extra service). Once finished, the property is transformed from looking run-down to looking fresh and tidy.

While we are not specifically a lawncare company we do mow lawns, particularly for real estate properties, vacationers, and part-time residential houses (Snow-birds). This adds security to the property by giving the appearance that it is being cared for and not vacant.
